Private oceanfront property 1.2 A, 400' of shoreline. Enjoy beautiful sunrises & sunsets, starry nights No Wifi! Unplug, relax, curl up on the couch and read some of those books you never have time for, and enjoy the natural environment reconnect with family(don't worry-you won't have to go through total device withdrawal - the cell signal is fine). Note Shower only. No internet (possible Late April 2022)but excellent cell reception. Also BBQ takes green cannisters, there is one there, may not be full therefore you may need to bring some. Limited amount of firewood, you might want to bring your own our for small fee we could supply extra. There is no public transit, put great walking trails and biking in both towns, St. Stephen and St. Andrews .This cottage is warm, clean, crisp, and cozy with an old-time feel. Great for kayaking boating, not included. Beach walks, great sunsets. Great place to unwind, relax and enjoy life as it should be. It is on tidal saltwater, inland on the bay of Fundy, highest tides in the world. At low tide you can actually walk the ocean floor to Spoon Island..but watch the time as tide changes every 6 hours. Note, Kayaks & Canoes are available to rent at a cost through a third party rental company to be used at your own discretion There is limited amount of firewood available, you may want to bring some along.
