Kitchen is full size with gas range, double sink, full size fridge, dishwasher, pantry and large bar area for eating/working. Bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed with a 3 inch memory foam topper and there is ample space in closet plus a large dresser. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plush towels, hairdryer, toiletries are provided. Work from home from your desk up in the loft overlooking the ocean. Have a glass of wine and relax on your private ocean view roof top deck on a lounger or seated at the bar height table and take in the beautiful sunsets. There is also a small balcony off the living room with small bistro table and chairs. When the evenings get chilly, get cozy on the sofa and turn on the fireplace in the living room while watching one of the many tv viewing options such as Cable and Apple TV. Use the sound system with Alexa to play your favorite music. High speed wireless internet throughout the home. Designated Washer and Dryer on lower level for your use. Be aware - house is accessible with stairs only. Beach chairs, towels, surfboards and outdoor shower with hot water are available for your use. Right around the corner from the Comedy and Magic Club and venues with live music. Walk to Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Piers. Enjoy the beautiful beach with sand volleyball courts, sunbathing, surfing, skim boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, sport fishing, sailing and more. Bike, rollerskate, roller-blade, skateboard and walk on the 20 mile bike bath stretching from Redondo to Venice Beach and Santa Monica.
