Higienópolis is one of the most elegant part of the town, and you can find everything you might need at walking distance: Theater, movies, wonderful restaurants, great shops, gyms, and the beautiful Buenos Aires Park, located just 2 blocks away. The Pacaembu Stadium for soccer fans is also within walking distance. Either I or my husband will personally welcome the guest, and will be available for any questions that may need answers. Extra guests will be charged R$100 per night. 3 days minimum stay. There is a bus stop near the entrance of the building, and the subway is within walking distance. Plenty of taxicabs. And if you have a car, you have a garage in the building. The building has a doorman at the entrance and an employee taking care of the garage. Any guests must be identified before entering the premises.
