Close to the capital city Kingstown and great view of the Grenadine islands It is of a split level design with the following: •Master bedroom and bathroom on the top level. •Kitchen, Dining, living and two bedrooms on the middle level. •Den and laundry on the bottom level. •There is also a wooden deck that flows from the living area. The total square footage of the villa is 4,100 sq ft. T There is adequate parking on site for guests. Public transport can be accessed after a 2min walk. Public transport is available from 7am to 6pm. City center is a 20 mins walk. I would be available to interact with the guests as necessary. It commands unobstructed views of the capital city Kingstown and most islands of the Grenadines. On a clear day it is possible to see the outline of Grenada. It’s located in a residential neighborhood of single family homes. The villa is located approximately 5 minutes drive from the capital city Kingstown on the main island of St.Vincent. A vehicle is recommended. However public transport is available between the hours of 6am to 7pm. Smoking is permitted on the balconies of the Villa. No smoking is permitted inside the villa.
