My villa is an excellent choice for 4 people; a family or 2 couples. Located close to the South Pacific coast, 200-m walk to the beach. From San Jose airport 2 hours by car to Villas Las Flores, 1 hour from Tarcoles and Carara, 45 min from Jaco, 30 min from Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The beautiful property has a swimming pool, lake, large green areas with palm trees and beautiful flowering shrubs. Different kind of birds, playing monkeys, iguanas and squirrels. Low season price until 30 Nov. The villa is situated within the resort Villas Las Flores in an outstanding location close to the Pacific Coast, between Jaco and Quepos. The beach is only a 200-meter walk from the house and even closer is a beautiful swimming pool and spacious club house within the resort. Activities such as shuffleboard, boccia, cycling, bird watching (many species identified in the area) are available within the resort as well as other animals. Many activities can be arranged in the surroundings or along the coastal region. The beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park, for example, is only 30 km away. There are 3 different restaurants along the beach, one only 300 meters from the resort and the others 1 km and 5 km away. The village Parrita, only 4 km from the resort, provides everything you might need: supermarket, bank, restaurants, bus station, gas station, pharmacy, shops, etc. The villa has a total area of 122 sqm and consists of 2 bedrooms with AC, 2 bathrooms, a lounge area with TV, kitchen, patio and parking space. There is both Wi-Fi and telephone available. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot plates, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and blender as well as washing machine and dryer. The 2 bedrooms have a double bed, which can also be transformed into 2 twin beds if preferred. Each bedroom has AC and direct access to a private bathroom. The patio is a lovely space for gatherings as well as to have quiet meals in a peaceful surrounding. The lounge is equipped with a TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. All furniture are in rattan and teak and all rooms are equipped with fans. Bed linen and towels are provided as well as beach chairs and beach towels. We take care of all the cleaning after departure. A permanent team is present at the resort during your stay, welcomes you when you arrive and makes sure that you will have a pleasant stay. The staff takes care of the gardens, pool and houses and a guard walks the premises to ensure safety. There are four different ways of transportation from the airport in San José (120 km) to Villas Las Flores: 1. Taxi transportation can be arranged ($130 for up to 3 people). 2. Car rental, the car rental company will pick you up at the airport. The drive is roughly 2 hours on a very good road through Orotina and along the coast via Jaco. 3. A one hour domestic flight to Quepos with Naturair then bus or taxi or car rental to the resort. 4. Bus or taxi to the bus station in downtown San Jose and then take a bus to Parrita.
