Quiet Treasure in the Black Hills

Quiet neighborhood located just outside of Rapid, SD (Blackhawk). This home has a total of 1750 sqft on the main level, which includes a fully stocked large open concept kitchen, 2 bedrooms (queen beds) with 2.5 baths, office space, dining and family room which leads out to the fantastic deck with gas fireplace. Hot tub is located below deck with additional seating and views of the hills. As noted under amenities there is no wifi. We hope you enjoy all the beauty of the Black Hills. Owner's will reside in the basement with their dog (Harley) which has it's own private entrance. We also have an on-site camper that we frequently stay in. Guests can park outside garage on driveway pad. There are two driveway approaches; 1st is by address sign on rock which will take you halfway down to a switchback, 2nd is a more direct line down to garage (both are gravel and fairly steep). Driveway parking, Laundry Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Family Room with wood burning fireplace, Powder Room, Guest Bedroom and Bath, Master Bedroom and Bath, Office, Deck, Hot Tub. We want your stay to be what you want it to be, so we will be available to answer questions or provide suggestions if you request them, or should you want to be left alone we can do that too! Our neighborhood is located just outside of Rapid City with lots that are 3+ acres so we all have some space to enjoy nature and the hills. We get a variety of animals passing through, such as deer, turkey and fox! The neighborhood complex has fairly steep and curvy roads so we ask that you follow the posted speed limits. Getting around is super easy and rarely do you ever run into traffic. We are less 30 minutes from Sturgis, and about an hour away from Mt. Rushmore/Keystone, Spearfish, Lead/Deadwood, Custer, and Badlands. We are only 3-5 miles from downtown Rapid City so it is easy to come and go!
