Great room in Lapa (tourism, work, carnival)

Apartment located in Lapa / RJ, large, cozy and fresh aired. The view from the balcony is amazing. You'll love it! The price is for 1 person and for 2 guests, there's an extra fee. If you wanna reserve for Christmas Holliday or Carnival, please send me a message, because I rent for the entire period. Bohemian neighborhood of RJ in a well located place, with top nightlife and all services (bank, market, pharmacy, bars, restaurants) and close to main tourist spots. Washer included, soap not. The bedroom is very nice, cozy, fresh aired and has a sliding door to the balcony. Air conditioner, ceiling fan, blackout curtains and beside the toilet. It´s safe and amazing neighbourhood, close to all main atractions, facilities and nightlife in Rio and can be visited on foot. We have the japanese tradition to take off the shoes at the entrance door. We believe that shoes you use outside, "carry" many dirty and bad things that you must leave at the door and avoid to take these "fluids" into home. You have free access to kitchen and the refrigerator. Also the living room, tv and balcony. By the way, it's allowed to smoke (regular cigarette) only at the balcony. You can use laundry machine, and must bring your soap. In the common area, it's not allowed to walk around wrapped in a towel or use revealing clothes. English, Spanish and japanese spoken. Un petit peau de la langue française. The neighbourhood is very calm and you have all you need close to you. It´s close to all facilities. Be cautious! It´s a city like the other big cities all over the world.
