Queen size bed, dinette, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, outdoor seating area, bbq, heat, ac and refrigerator. Bed will be made upon arrival, if you want it moved into the couch format please ask owners for help to maintain our custom wood work. RV Trailer, adjacent private patio, green area and designated parking are all yours. See check in info for directions to dedicated parking area. Lockbox on the porch will give you access to keys and trailer. As seasonally available, we will provide a few farm fresh items for your stay complimentary in your trailer. Flowers, fresh produce from our garden, fresh eggs from our chicken coupe, honey from our hives and pork from our pigs we raise and private farm dinners are available for purchase seasonally. Don't hesitate to inquire! The trailer is situated next to our neighbor's beautiful peach orchard, behind our barn with private tandem parking beside it and views of the mesa. 2 minute drive or .7 mile walk over the river to Downtown Palisade. Bring your bikes and enjoy wine country on wheels. See our guidebook for our favorite restaurants, bars and wineries. Stove and oven are not usable/connected for your safety in tight quarters. We provide all cooking essentials for you to cook all your hot meals on the outdoor grill with burner. Kitchen is fully stocked with all silverware, glassware, cookware, electric kettle, toaster, coffee & tea. There is a new, retro bluetooth radio and speaker on the dinette for you to enjoy your favorite playlist or local tunes.
