It is at 6000' elevation which provides 4 gentle seasons in the Southwest. The location on the south edge of the city limits provides convenient access to all the amenities of the town and the isolation of quiet, country living. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home was updated from a family home to a rental with a unique and eclectic southwestern flavor. More recently the kitchen was remodeled with all new appliances. The master bedroom is extremely large, has two queen beds, a sofa and a separate library. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The large living room has two seating areas. The dining room is set to seat 8 people but could accommodate more. A separate breakfast area is adjacent to the well-furnished, newly upgraded kitchen.
