Front lake bedroom

This is a lovely front lake cottage in a peaceful neighborhood in Balgue, just 2 minutes away from the main road and amenities. Guests have a private room in the main house with private entrance and sharing bathroom. A sweet front lake garden where to sip some drink or stroll in a hummack enjoin the lovely view and the breeze. We're also a Café where we serve breakfast since early morning, bakery goods and yummy food. It's a nice big house front lake without sand and with a lovely green garden with a nice variety of tropical fruit trees and flowers. The guests bedroom have three nice netted windows that allow a sweet view and pleasant breeze. Just out of the guests private entrance is located the bathroom and our laundry. This bedroom is separate from the rest of the house by a door locked from both sides, our side can stay open DURING THE DAY if is the guests wish We don't have a communal kitchen as we have a Café. We can serve breakfast by previous arrangement. All the areas of the garden and rancho are living space for guests as well. We give our guests as much privacy as posible but we enjoy to meet new people and interact with them if they like too. I'm also available physically or by mobile for any inquiry, information, indication or help might need It is like to be in a bubble out of space and time, Ometepe is called "peace oasis" and you can feel it. Our neighborhood is quiet, the only sounds are from the waves, the wind, birds, and nature in general. Yet we're very well located: 2 minutes away from the main road, paved road, in the center of Balgue village, probably the most active town of the island with the best public transport services and all the shops, restaurants, bar, cafes... Balgue is as well one of the main entrance to start hiking Maderas volcan, the water one with a lagoon on top From the port to our place: 1:by car/taxi. Once you arrive in Balgue take the Lazy Crab's alley down to the lake, right 100mt 2: pubblic bus. Two direct Moyogalpa-Balgue or change bus at El Quino. Once you are in Balgue jump of at Lazy Crab,take the alley down to the lake, left 100mt 3~ rental scoote around $15 daily I live in one side of the house with my youngest son. Guests have their private entrance, we respect their privacy but we enjoy if they like to interact with us. I'm also always available for any inquiry, translation or help they might need
