Charming & comfortable ! Loft style house (450m²) in safe area of nature (5000m²), fully landscaped with tropical vegetation, big pool, equipped churrasqueira, separate cottage office & guard house. Ideal for families or group of friends So close in distance to São Paulo, and so far in scenery, with this large house surrounded by extravagant nature. Ideal to receive friends and organize receptions, with 3 different social areas inside, varanda bar, pool bar, "churrasqueira" with pizza oven and meat & fish barbecue, a park to walk in the shade of beautiful tropical trees... The whole area (5,000m²) except my chalet office (at the bottom of the property) and my bedroom, although I don´t stay in the house when it is rented.
