Entire home in Macungie

Charming spacious (1900 sqft) 1883 Victorian twin house ( not ADA) with original Architectural details, window air conditioners & ceiling fans in living-room and two bedrooms. This is a whole house with 2 and half bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and one full bathroom located on a picturesque St across from a Creek, very quiet nights, in the semi rural town of Macungie Parking space in the house for 1 or 2 small cars Parking space across the street is not mine you’ll get towed Old twin Victorian built in 1883, with original architectural details, pocket doors dividing dining room from living room with a ceiling mounted fan, original window shutters, charming and spacious three story home, set in semi-rural Macungie 5 minutes drive to restaurants supermarkets and stores We only use the first two floors for now. Two and half bedrooms on the second floor and one full bathroom. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and window AC units, (no central air just window AC), third half bedroom with twin bed. Original wood floor, bathroom and kitchen floors are black slate cleft rustic finish purposely picked inline with the house age, but amazingly great looking!. Please make sure you park in my house as the space across the street does not belong to me and you might get towed away but there is plenty of street parking around the block. I'm still working on improving the place even more once finished will be amazing ! Hiking, scenic views and local farms, ski "Bear Creek Mountain" 20 minutes away Never since this is a weekend house and I live in NY Neighborhood falls in the category of semi rural/suburb, the house is on a main road but still in my opinion, beautiful quiet and peaceful surroundings, I can really get a good night sleep here, there is a little creek right in front of it and people go fishing in the summer Extremely convenient location 5 minutes drive to restaurants and shops like Chipotle, Statbucks, Panera, Whole Foods, Texas rd( Great stop for amazing steak!), Target, Costco and many more! Transbridgelines bus is a 6 minute drive from the house and there is Uber in the area sometimes when I don't want to drive I use it to take the bus to NY Parking space is in front of the house it will fit two small cars, the parking across the street belongs to my neighbor I can not use it
