Beach Front House! 1Completely renovated!

Completely remodeled home! Beach front please!! Casa Areyto is located a few feet from the beach. Our beach area has the clearest water in the region. No main roads to cross, no traffic, just seat and relax on our massive balcony to hear the waves. The beach house has two spacious rooms. Each room has a double bed and a twin bed. It has plenty of space to accommodate 6 guest comfortably. AC in rooms It is the first floor of a two story beach house,they are separate spaces.ONLY 6 GUESTS ALLOWED 5 minute beach walk to the La Ensenada Beach, where you can find fresh fish and local food. House has ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room area. It has palms and tree around the house, making it very breezy for those warmer days. We can also help arrange your visit to Cayo Arena. House is located right in front of the beach, for those morning walks and unforgettable sunsets. We are always available and in contact with the guest. Our local team is always there for anything. Punta Rucia has a lot of small local restaurants where you can experience the great warm and friendly vibe. Punta Rucia is a an area that is growing and many backroads are not identified. The easier way to get to Casa Areyto is to follow all the signs to Punta Rucia Lodge or GPS set to Punta Rucia Lodge. Once at Punta Rucia Lodge gates, you will follow the dirt road that turns into a sand road. Just a short drive and you will find the house with pink gates. Very important, to get there without any difficulties please follow the instructions given. Do not follow the location given in the app, it seems like is confusing and due to road changes and constant development the gps is not updated.
