Family Home with Large Backyard

This 4 bedroom home has the charm of an old New England farmhouse and the updates of a comfortable, family home. Large kitchen is a great gathering place and 4 upstairs bedrooms provide lots of sleeping options. New sleeper sofa in the family room. Covered porch and big backyard are perfect for playing, relaxing and grilling. Walking or biking distance to Spring Street (1.5 miles to center), college, Pine Cobble trail and more! The covered porch gets great light in the late afternoon and early evening, and we love to enjoy dinner our there most of our spring, summer and fall evenings. The picnic table on a gravel patio out the backyard is another favorite family spot for grilling and outdoor dining. In 2018 we made a fire pit in the back of the yard for hot dogs, s'mores and hanging out in the evening. In terms of bedrooms, no space is particularly fancy, but each bed has a comfortable mattress and fresh down comforter. In 2019, we purchased a king Avocado mattress for our master bedroom - organic, non-toxic, with a firm pillow top. It may be worth noting that the "bunk bed room" also has our old queen size mattress on the floor - the kids enjoy it for playing and it can be really handy for sleepovers too. Guests have access to all parts of our home, except and outdoor shed which is locked. We'll be accessible by cell phone, email and text. We also don't have cable, but we do have hulu, netflix and amazon prime.
