We are sustainable and eco-minded, use 100% renewable electric and eco-friendly house supplies, and compost our food scraps for use in the organic backyard garden. Welcome to the Pharm! **Please read and confirm House Rules before booking** :) Your cozy private room is located on the second floor, and includes original hardwood floors, a beautiful exposed lathe accent wall, two windows, a full-size bed, solid-wood dresser, closet, and features a brand new paint job. Air conditioned with a whisper-quiet ductless unit. Directly adjacent to your room is a private newly remodeled full bathroom with a tub and shower with amazing water pressure. There are a handful of restaurants all within a couple blocks (Indian, Jamaican, Pizzeria, Chinese, Diner, Irish Pub, etc), and a complex 1/2 mile away with a Supermarket, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Lowes, and Kohl's. There is also some great Thai food and Falafel within a short drive. West Philly is a short drive or bus ride away, and is an amazing hub for food, yoga, the arts, parks, local bars, and more. Quick & easy access to West Philly and Downtown, the Main Line, the Tower Theater, Haverford/Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, the Blue Route (476), as well as the Philadelphia International Airport.
