Two beautiful bedrooms in our Brownstone

Rent TWO bedrooms on the second floor of our Brownstone that has Old World Charm. The house is conveniently located and within 3 min walking distance to the D/B Subway station that will bring you in 20 min to Central Park and in 30 min to Times Square. Additionally, we have the 4 Train Subway Station 6 min away. That brings you also within 20 min to Central Park, to the Upper East Side & in 30 min to Grand Central, the Empire State Building & Midtown Manhattan. We are not set up for parties. Enjoy the entire floor of 1000 sf and your private new bathroom. The first bedroom is large and features a QUEEN SIZE bed and a dresser. The second bedroom is cozy and features a FULL SIZE bed and dresser. Both bedrooms have a TV with Netflix access. All doors have number keypads and there are locks on both bedrooms. Please be aware that both bedrooms are on the second floor of the house. No one else lives there. There are renters on the third floor that have access to the kitchen and the living area on the 2nd floor. They rarely use it though. The floor also has a large dining area and a designated smoking area. We have free broadband Wifi throughout the premises. In addition there is a fridge for AirBNB guests. The floor also features a new kitchen that you can use should you choose to cook your own food. In the basement is a washer and a dryer you may use if you need to. The house is not set up for parties. Coffee and tea shall be provided for you. You can come and go as you please as you don't need keys. We will provide the codes for the doors a few days before your arrival. We look forward to hosting you. You have access to the second floor that features the two bedrooms as well as the private bath. You can also access the basement for laundry. Theoretically you could wander to the third floor but why would you. My apartment is on the first floor of the house and you can knock on the door anytime you need me. I will be available via cell phone or AirBNB app at all times. The Bronx is a special neighborhood, with beautiful houses and great inexpensive food. In the vicinity you will be able to find delicious Latin Food. The house is 1 mile from Arther Avenue where you can find the best Italian food in America, at least that is what Rachel Ray claims. Landmarks in the area are the Yankee Stadium, Bronx Little Italy, Fordham University, The Edgar Allan Poe Cottage, the Bronx Museum of Art and TheBronx Zoo. In the summertime a trip to City Island may be nice. The property is 1.5 blocks from the B and D train at Tremont Station (4 minutes walk). The Nr. 4 train is located 3 blocks away on Jerome Avenue (7 minute walk). On Webster Avenue you can catch the Metro North (5 minute walk). Uber is available at all times. We are in the Bronx. So sometimes there is some street noise. Unfortunately, this is part of being in a big city. Please note that this is not a private apartment
