This renovated, cozy and fully-equipped 2 bedroom apartment is literally a stone's throw away from the surf of Lawrencetown Beach - with coastal hiking trails in either direction. The apartment has a 50" Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, a private entrance, full kitchen with lots of cookware and BBQ. There is walk-in tiled shower, 2 futons and plenty of extra blankets, pillows and sheets, and access to shared laundry. This ground floor apartment is cozy, spacious and inviting, easily accommodating 6+ people. It has a living room with a 50" 4K TV with (Hidden by Airbnb) Cast, 2 futons and a play area for kids. There are 2 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms. There is a separate shower room with a walk-in tiled shower. This apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher and brand new reverse osmosis filter under the sink for the freshest water. There is access to laundry and some indoor storage through the garage. There is an air conditioner unit which you are welcome to use, but we encourage guests to crack the windows and feel the seabreeze. As a guest you'll have access to deeded access through the Provincial Park to the beach across the street, This apartment has a private entrance through the patio door off the kitchen and a second door off the front foyer of the house. There is ample parking with spaces for a couple of extra vehicles. Always available via cell and quick to respond if there are issues. There are only four other houses on the road and you'll be sandwiched between the beach, the bluffs and the Trans Canada Trail. It's a wonderful location - with the beach, lakes, marshland with diverse ecosystems and forests all a short walk away. There is a great, affordable place to dine and another cafe a short drive away in Seaforth / Grand Desert. The closest shopping centre with grocery and a liquor store is only fifteen minutes away in either direction on the 207 highway. 40 minutes to the airport and downtown Halifax, just 15 minutes to Cole Harbour or Porter's Lake on the 207. Although there is no public transit, there is lots of parking. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis.
