The house has WiFi, and 43 "Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime; hot / cold air conditioning in the living room and a wood-burning salamander for those who enjoy the heat of the fire in winter. Vehicle access has an electric gate, and space for 3 cars. It has a beautiful green environment, grill and criollo stove for cooking outdoors. It is located 10 kilometers north of the city of San Salvador de Jujuy and 55 kilometers from Purmamarca, a mandatory stop before reaching the Quebrada de Humahuaca. It has warehouses and kiosks, a fruit and vegetable fair, restaurants and barbecues, bakeries, a pharmacy, a tea house and an ATM (Banelco), a chapel and a service station. Public transport stops a few meters from the property, round trip, whether you go to Termas or to the City, you will always have that comfort.
