Cozy Quarters in the Midway

This cozy dwelling is perfectly nestled between the Twin Cities in St. Paul's quaint Midway Neighborhood. Just six blocks from the Metro Green Line, the location offers easy access to Downtown Minneapolis, Downtown St. Paul, MSP International Airport, and more. A separate entrance with lockbox and key allows you to access the peace and quiet of a private bedroom, bathroom, and comfy living space. Check out @cozyquartersmsp on the 'Gram for a virtual visit! One of my favorite aspects of being a host is to provide the warmth and comfort that I would enjoy as a guest. You'll find framed maps on the walls highlighting some of my travels and some musical artwork, as well. Expect a few treats here and there, and don't be surprised to find some chocolate waiting for you when you arrive. In addition to your private bedroom, bathroom, and fully finished living space, you will have access to free laundry on site as well as a fenced in backyard that includes a large deck space perfect for relaxing on a sunny afternoon. Neighborhood parks, the campus of beautiful Hamline University, and a variety of cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. It is my goal to accommodate guests' individual preferences, and while I live on the main floor of the residence, I am happy to be out of the way during your stay. St. Paul's Midway Neighborhood has a friendly atmosphere of community-minded residents, many of whom are involved with the Hamline-Midway Coalition, a local organization dedicated to upholding neighborhood values of communication and involvement. Many artists, musicians, and educators live in Midway and contribute to the cultural nature of the area. The Midway Neighborhood is conveniently located on the Green Line, the Twin Cities metro train system that runs from Downtown St. Paul to Downtown Minneapolis as well as the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. There are frequent stops, allowing riders the opportunity to explore the variety of restaurants and shops on University Avenue between the downtowns. US Bank Stadium, Target Field, TCF Stadium, The University of Minnesota, and the Minnesota State Capitol are just a few of the stops along the route.
