Finally, CASA COCO has been asked many times why is the Departure Disinfect / Deep Clean fee so high?, yet most agree CASA COCO Premium, & Superior villa nightly rates are much lower then the amount that could be charged given the quality of CASA COCO villas and exceptional service provided...There are two reasons so I will start with the most important ...The Dominican Republic is such a beautiful, welcoming country, yet wages most receive for domestic work is not enough to feed their families let alone provide a better quality of life ...CASA COCO does not believe in a hand out, but does believe in a hand up which is why we decided to make night rates extremely reasonable so that Departure Disinfect / Deep Clean fees allow all CASA COCO staff to receive a life altering well deserved salary which includes a good extended medical plan. The second reason is the time involved and number of staff needed to do an extensive Departure Disinfect / Deep Clean to ensure the villa interior, villa exterior and pool are safe and sparkling clean for the next arrival...Time to book your upcoming CASA COCO stay is now. Visitors are welcome as long as the villa remains within the maximum occupancy. 🌴There is a $10 nightly utilities fee which includes air condition, electricity, propane, internet, cable that is upgraded to include HD movies both in English and Spanish and sports channels as well as an endless supply of bottled water attached to all CASA COCO-PERLA bookings that is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival 🌴Music is allowed as long as it is within the boundaries of the property so that others can also enjoy their villas 🌴Smoking is restricted to outdoor living area only 🌴Each adult must provide id on arrival 🌴Water park is open 11 am - 7 pm daily. The very reasonable entrance fee also acts as a credit for food or drink 🌴Optional Pack & Play travel crib or Highchair can be reserved for an addition fee of $20 each or $30 for both for entire stay that is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival 🌴For international guest that require a mandatory Covid test done prior to departure it would be a pleasure for CASA COCO to arrange for our contracted local doctor to come perform either the Rapid Antigen or PCR test in the privacy of the villa which includes providing same day results.
