The screened-in back porch overlooks the Tremperskill stream. There's a fast cable internet for your work and you can enjoy fresh air and hiking on numerous local trails. There's also a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor fire pit . Out the back door of the apartment you'll find a screened-in porch looking out over the Tremperskill Stream where you can listen to the sound of water and nature all around you. Outdoor space is shared with Streamside 2 so please be respectful of neighbors. No loud partying after 10 pm. Someone is available by phone at (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) in any emergency. The back porch and back lawn of the apartment overlooks the Tremperskill, where you can wade or bath on a hot day. A number of folks catch brown trout in the stream from April though June and we encourage fishing throughout the area including the Pepactin Reservior approximately 6 miles south of the village of Andes on County Rt 1. You'll find us easy to get to--just 3 hours from the GW Bridge. As Andes is served by Adirondack Trailways you can come up with out a car. Within walking distance you'll find wonderful hiking on The Andes Rail Trail (4 miles), swimming at the Andes Pool and Tennis at the High school. Also you delight in discovering new antiques and Kabinett and Kammer, Paisleys and The Tin Whistle. When you'r ready for food and drink, you can relax enjoy yourself at Wayside Cider, The Andes Hotel or Two Old Tarts Golf is 10 miles away in Delhi. Enjoy pure mountain lake swimming at Little Pond or Big Pond. Andes is also about an hour south of the National baseball museum.
