Just a few blocks to the beach, this home boasts sweeping views of a local park and the lush, tropical mountains. This home includes all of the items to make you feel at home from the linens and cookware to the friendly neighbors happy to make your trip unforgettable. This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The original stained glass windows and island decor give a true taste of Puerto Rico. The front balcony of this home is the perfect space to enjoy Caribbean sunsets with the whole family. This home is fully air conditioned, but is also able to be opened to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze with the crisp mountain air. This home is located above another residential unit on the second floor. The entry is accessible via exterior staircase. The entire home will be exclusively yours. Parking is allowed in the private driveway to this home. When requested, I am available to provide guidance for activities, local area attractions and showing guests around the most beautiful island in the Caribbean. This residential neighborhood is inviting, friendly and quiet. You may come to the island as a stranger, but you will definitely leave as a friend. The peaceful surroundings allow for you to immerse yourself in island time. At night, while sitting on the balcony or sleeping with the windows open, you can listen to the famous songs of our local coqui frogs. This area is one of the safest and most family friendly on the island. Tres Hermanos beach is within walking distance where you can enjoy serene sunsets and possibly see leatherback turtles lay their eggs and hatch (March-September). Rincon, one of the most popular surfing spots, is just three miles away. Besides surfing, you can snorkel, dive, kayak, or embark on a romantic sunset cruise. El Faro Beach, also in Rincon, is famous for humpback whale sightings during their migration in January-March. Local buses do not transport through this area, as it is not commercial. Taxis may be available. Vehicles can be rented at the airport and parked in a private spot at this home. The beach, local restaurants & bars, and a nearby resort with pools and other activities are within walking distance. There is a nearby fishery that allows you to catch your own fish where they can prepare and cook it to your preference, a bakery with the freshest bread, along with a pizzeria and other restaurants to not only allow you to enjoy your standard comfort foods, but tastes of the island as well. Bars with refreshing cocktails and local entertainment are also just within blocks.
