WARM ROOM 2-4 PEOPLE -PRIVATE BATH OVER LA 70 ST

The room is completly private and can sleep 1-4 people , counts with private bath , two big windowns , fan , two nightstands, tv with netflix access and internet, two double beds 1,40*1,90, room service in case that the guest ask for , towels and soup.We are 3 minutes away from a bunch of restaurants and nightclubs , the stadium metro station is less than a block away. The aparment is in an excellent location,in one of the top neighborhoods of the city and in all the heart of "La zona rosa" of Laureles,where multiple national and international restaurants ,bars and night clubs converge to offer the best of our country. The apartment is very warm and cute , with an African décor that still manages to make you feel in Colombia due our big African heritage. Each room has a nice decoration with a different color touch, all of them counts with tv and netflix acces in case you wanna relax in your own room after a hectic day knowing the city :) The flat is also 3 mins from the bars and restaurants on 70st you just walk up a block and you have a million places to choose from. The location is amazing very calm neighborhood and the local store is literally right in front of the house where you can buy basic necessities!. Getting around Medellin from here is very good too because the Stadium metro station is literally down the street.The house also counts with washer and drier (Very rare in Colombia) , a big and spacious kitchen full equipped an a cleaning lady who goes each other day to clean the common areas and organize your rooms in case you want it and it`s included in the cleanig fee you pay in your reservation. I highly recommend my place , our main purpose is to make you feel like home the days you are out of town !
