Full use of the 2nd story of our house (we live on the 1st story & front entrance is shared). Centrally located, quiet Dogtown neighborhood. Just minutes from area hospitals, WashU, CWE, Delmar Loop, & downtown. Make yourself at home in our spacious, modern retreat. Full use of the entire 2nd story of our house, including 2 large guest bedrooms, a separate office, and a large bathroom with Jack-and-Jill sinks, tub, & shower. Bedrooms feature memory foam beds (king-sized & full-sized), cozy reading nooks, TVs with Netflix & Hulu, and high-speed WiFi. Separate upstairs thermostat so you can choose your perfect temperature during your stay! Upstairs office includes Keurig, mini fridge, and microwave. Laundry room with washer, dryer, & steamer available. My husband and I live on the 1st floor. With private use of the 2nd floor, you can have the perfect balance of privacy and the live-like-a-local guest experience. Full use of 2nd story of our house (2 bedrooms, bathroom, & office with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig). Use of laundry room on 1st floor shared with hosts. My husband and I live on the 1st floor. Traditional two-story house with the same entrance for both stories. Parking is easy right in front of our house. It’s a residential neighborhood near a small park. You and your guests will have private use of the 2nd story. My husband and I live on the 1st floor and share use of the entrance and common areas. My husband and I are fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and am have received our booster shots. The second story guest space has its own air filters/air conditioning/furnace separate from ours. We would be happy to wear masks upon checkin if you would like. I'm a native St. Louisan and my husband has lived here for over 10 years. We love making recommendations for the best area restaurants and attractions to help you explore all St. Louis has to offer! Quiet, conveniently located in the residential portion of the Irish Dogtown neighborhood with independent shops and restaurants about 1/2 mile away. By car: - Less than 5 minutes from WashU, the Delmar Loop, & Forest Park (Zoo, Art Museum, History Museum, & Science Center). - 10 minutes from Central West End, Midtown, & SLU. - 10-15 minutes from Airport & Downtown (the Arch, Busch Stadium, Union Station/Aquarium, etc.). Quick access to interstate highways 64/40 and 44. Uber and Lyft are easily available around the clock. There’s ample free street parking right in front of the house. Public transportation is not easily accessible from our neighborhood. Please note that my husband and I live on the 1st floor of the house with our cats, Jack and Oliver. They may visit you upstairs, so please keep your bedroom door closed if you don’t like cats. We keep reasonable hours and try to be quiet at night, but we can’t guarantee complete silence. If you’re a light sleeper, there is an Echo device that can be used as a sound machine and we provide ear plugs. My husband and I are fully vaccinated and boosted for Covid-19. Our home is not child-proofed or suitable for children. There is a fridge, microwave, and Keurig upstairs for use, but there’s no access to the downstairs kitchen.
