Private bedroom in a beautiful apartment available for long term through Airbnb only. New kitchen & appliances. Room is on the left/side apartment, picture shows right/front of house. Bathroom & kitchen shared with only one room. House is close to everything and has easy access to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, SI, JFK & Laquardia airports and to buses, trains, taxis, groceries, etc. Various restaurants around. Plenty of on-street parking. There is WIFI but NO TV. ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING INSIDE. Private bedroom in a beautiful apartment with Ring Security system in place. Bathroom is shared with only one room which could have one or two guests residing in it. House is close to everything and has easy access to JFK and Laquardia airports and to buses, trains, taxis, groceries, etc. ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM AND INSIDE THE ENTIRE HOUSE. Plenty of on-street parking. Due to COVID-19, guests will have to fill a CDC-like form with temperature taken. Family member is mostly available to assist. Please wear your masks as you arrive for check in. Bedroom and bathroom are on the same (second) floor. For same day check in that is booked after 9 PM, please call us after confirmation (1 hr notice) so that we will be on the same page for your check in. The house is walking distance to grocery stores, dollar cabs, buses, restaurants, etc. Plenty of street parking spaces. I am just one phone call away. PEACEFUL AND QUIET. HOWEVER, ONLY ONE BLOCK FROM SUTPHIN BLVD, AND BAISLEY PARK; FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SEE SOME ACTIVITIES, GROCERIES, RESTAURANTS, BUSES, ETC. A VERY GOOD COMBINATION. Ten minutes driving to JFK airport. House is close to everything and has easy access to JFK and Laquardia airports and to restaurants,buses, trains, taxis, etc. ABSOLUTELY NON-SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM AND INSIDE THE ENTIRE HOUSE. PLEASE CLOSE THE WINDOWS WHEN AC IS IN USE AND PLEASE TURN OFF THE AC & LIGHTS WHEN NOT IN USE OR WHEN YOU ARE LEAVING YOUR ROOM/THE HOUSE.
