Our Building consists of three apartments. Upstairs a three bedroom apartment fully furnished with 2 bathrooms (8 per) Downstairs 2 apartments. One is a 2 bedroom accommodates 5 persons. and fully furnished with it's own bathroom and can hold 5 persons. The other apartment is a one bedroom fully furnished can hold either 2 persons or 4 persons. Your host will give you the most comfortable apartment available based on the occupancy at the time. Ask for a quote based on the number of persons. We are located at Entrepot above the Leon Hess Secondary School. The facility commands a scenic view of the entire Castries basin, harbour and Vigie Peninsular. The facility is approximately half (½) mile or 3-5 minutes drive from the city centre and five minutes from the Castries Harbour and Ferry Terminal at La Toc Road. We are also located 10 mins or 2 miles from George FL Charles Airport. Our special rates for Oct & Nov 2018 are for double occupancy only. Special conditions apply. We are a six bedroom guest house and accommodate up to sixteen persons. (two apartments 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs) We offer single, double, triple, and quad occupancy. The facility is self contained has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable television, heavy duty fans, (air condition - with a separate fee for electricity ) cd player, hot & cold water, laundry facilities, living room, wireless internet, maid and baby sitting services. The rooms are quite spacious enabling you to breathe some fresh air and enabling you to have a home away home. We offer Group accommodation at a discounted rate. Rates are also negotiated with you the traveler in mind. Apartment style accommodation, living room and dining area The bathroom is not shared. Air conditioned rooms are available with an extra fee for the electricity. Accommodation for 28 nights and more is discounted at the discretion of the manager. Based on the occupancy sometimes you may occupy the entire apartment. We put ourselves in your shoes and give you the best to make you comfortable. We encourage communication between guest and land lord to make your stay comfortable. The land lord can only know the problems if they are communicated. For a reasonable type accommodation we give you value for your money. We are very competitive. We have one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments. We are minutes away from restaurants and shopping malls, cinema, night clubs. Easy access to public transportation. Car rentals are available at a reasonable cost. Airport transfers are available. Our tour guide Frank is available to take you around. One can feel free to make themselves at home on property. Bus Stand (cnr of Brazil Street and Chisel Street / Near the Castries Methodist Church) Car Rentals are available. There is large yard space and a rented vehicle can park in private parking We are 15 mins from the George F. L.
