This is an impressive beach house offering 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms just a few feet from the sea on the white sands of the famous Mullins Beach. It is decorated simply in white with wood pickled ceilings. It has modern beach house style furnishings, lovely bathrooms, and a kitchen. The spacious living room patio doors open onto a covered dining terrace. The covered terrace leads to a spacious wooden deck where you can relax on sun loungers and enjoy the spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. The upstairs master bedroom has French doors that open onto an elevated spacious outside deck with breathtaking north and south panoramic views over the entire beach area. The second bedroom opens directly onto the covered terrace and the sun deck. Children of all ages are welcome. Lounge chairs are available for sunbathing. Near Watersports. Near Speightstown ​ Cook/Housekeeper Service included - Prepares two consecutive meals per day. The guests' choice of breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner. Please note the cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers. This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It should be noted that beaches change their shape and size from day to day, week to week, and month to month, mainly as a response to seasonal waves, currents, and tides. Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but temporary changes may occur. A 2 bedroom rate is available on request. This property has been approved for quarantine stays which is required for unvaccinated travellers to Barbados. There is a 6-7 day quarantine period pending return of test results after testing on Day 5. Security services costs are US$500 for the 6-day period; $50 per night for any additional nights thereafter. Please note the levels of quarantine and/or curfews in place are not one of the criteria. The Covid-19 policy is only applicable in the event that: 1. The Barbados Government refuses passenger entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination or based on flight origin). 2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Barbados that prevents a guest from travelling. 3. A level 4 CDC Warning or Foreign Commonwealth Office (FCO) Advisory against Barbados must exist. Please note your own travel/trip insurance is still required to cover all other kinds of cancellation including if you or a member of your group tests positive for Covid-19 before or during your trip. Tropical Island Rentals, the local house managers and the owners of the properties will not be responsible for any costs relating to the testing of guests while on the island. Refunds will not be applicable to anyone testing positive for COVID-19, which will result in them and their party not being able to travel or not able to continue to stay at the property booked if a positive test result is received in Barbados.
