Main living space features family room, eat in kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything your group may need, including but not limited to a coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, waffle iron, rice cooker, crockpot and blender. House is located within walking distance of several parks. Large backyard includes patio with gas grill. This kid-friendly home also offers a basement with a 4 man air-hockey table (or ping pong) and children's toys available for your use. Complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, and soda will be provided for your group. WiFi and cable included. Host will be present to welcome guests and answer questions about the area. All bedrooms are on the second level. Host can provide a Pack 'n' Play, toddler bed, or extra single mattress on the floor. Please inform prior to arrival if any of these are requested. Parking is restricted to the driveway which can accommodate 4 vehicles. Arrival and departure time can often be flexible if arranged for ahead of time.
