Beautiful & Cozy private room located in our Beautiful Brand New Upscale Home where you can feel home for during your stay around the Dallas Fort Worth area. The house is located in an upscale beautifully designed resort-style planned community where you can find trails for a walk, playground for kids, and a pond to go and feed the ducks. Enjoyable home to stay away from it all. Relax during your work relocation, internship, or professional studies abroad. 100% Professional Atmosphere Our place is located in a upscale, nicely and rapid developed, resort style area; very tranquil, by Joe Pool Lake and close to major restaurant and shopping areas. As a guest, you can lightly use the kitchen, as well as the washer and dryer, we do it and expect everyone to clean everything after themselves, so the shared areas are kept clean and ready for everyone to use. We are sometimes available at the house, but otherwise you can text us anytime via the app so that my wife and I both get the message and respond as quick as possible. The house is located in an upscale beautifully designed resort-style planned community where you can find trails for a walk, playground for kids and a pond to go and see the ducks. The neighborhood is quiet and secluded, but you can find a handful of great choices around 7-10 minutes driving distance, as well as can make it to DFW, Fort Worth or Dallas in about 25-30 minutes distance. Major shopping (Outlet Malls, Walmart, Tech shops, etc) is about 10-15 minutes away. Our house is a 100% professional environment, and we expect our guests to be alike, majority of our guests are here for work relocation, internships, or studies abroad, and all need to be up early in the morning so we try to be as quiet as possible for everyone’s comfort.
