Barista's Suite is a trendy, coffee themed apartment located between Zion National Park, Bryce, and Grand Canyon. In our apartment you will have amazing views of our own red rock cliffs while relaxing from your private hot tub. Inside our Barista's Suite you will have private access to your very own Coffee Shop. Try your hand at brewing coffee with many different brewing methods. In the coffee bar you will be able to buy a Barista's Suite pottery mug made locally and each one unique! ABOUT OUR SUITE__________________________________ A trendy and freshly renovated apartment in Utah with a spectacular view of the El Cap Mountain peak from your private hot tub. The apartment features a King size bed, private bathroom, kitchen, and your very own self-serve coffee bar. When you stay here, you are receiving not only amazing accommodations, but a unique themed suite and experience. Our suite has everything you need to enjoy a romantic getaway, while being close to the unique experiences of Zion National Park, The Grand Canyon, and Bryce National park. Our unique town offers our own outdoor hikes and experiences away from the crowds, yet with stunning hikes and viewpoints. CHECK IN: Check in time is anytime after 3 PM. Please message or communicate with us if you plan on arriving earlier and we may be able to accommodate you. There is free parking for 1-2 vehicles right in front of your private entry. Please park in designated parking on the left side of the house near the parking sign. To get into your apartment enter through the white gate with the "Barista's Suite Entrance" Sign. Past the hot tub there is stairs going down to your private entry. There is a code lock on the door for self check in, we will send you the code before you arrive. Once inside the door remains locked until the code is entered again. If you would like the door to be unlocked you would turn the lock lever on the inside the other direction to allow you to come in and out without the code (like when you are wanting to go into the hot tub) CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10 am. We do our best to accommodate late check-outs, so please keep in touch with us if you plan on doing that. We can only accommodate depending on availability (Website hidden by Airbnb) BREAKFAST INFO: We provide a breakfast treat for THE FIRST MORNING ONLY. The breakfast consists of large muffins, fruit, and there will be a dozen eggs, milk, butter, and half n half in the fridge. There is also free coffee in the coffee bar for your use. This is a breakfast treat and self serve eggs. We will NOT be serving you breakfast but understand it is nice to be able to relax in the morning without needing to worry about going out first thing. We hope you will enjoy this breakfast treat! COFFEE BAR: Our desire for you as our guests is to be able to have fun and experiment on different methods of coffee making! Yes we have all been to coffee shops, but how many of us are able to go behind the counter and try our hand at making a GOOD cup of coffee. We are coffee enthusiasts and want to give you some tips and tricks as to trying different home brewing methods. In our coffee bar we have a regular drip coffee pot (for the classic drip coffee), or we have a Keurig machine for a quick and easy method. For those of you that want to try your hand at a pour over method, the antique vacuum coffee maker, French press, or the aeropress, or an espresso machine, you have come to the right place! In the coffee bar you can follow our step by step instructions for each method and if you need more instruction we have printed out a booklet to guide you! In the coffee bar, we also have a small souvenir shop. We sell mugs and locally roasted coffee beans. Please follow the directions precisely, and remember you are dealing with very hot water, so please be careful. We are not responsible for injuries. ALSO NOBODY UNDER 18 ALLOWED IN COFFEE BAR WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION! ABOUT THE HOUSE AND SPACE: You are renting a completely private apartment in the basement of our home. We do not have access to your place and you do not have access to ours. We do have children so you may hear their little feet above you, the noise levels are very minimal but in case it is a bother please let us know, or please use the sound machine we have provided. Your apartment has a private entry, private yard, and private hot tub, and newly added gas fire pit for your enjoyment! Grand Canyon north rim is 76 miles South of us. On your way to Zion from the Grand Canyon our Suite is in the perfect location, you will drive through Hildale (where our suite is located) The drive to Zion is a scenic 47 mile drive from our Suite. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN? NO WORRIES! -Pack N Play (fold up crib) located behind the couch with a sheet provided in the brown chest in the bedroom -The twin murphy bunk bed is perfect for elementary aged kids or older. -We have a large collection of VHS classic Disney movies for kids to experience. -We have a small bin of toys for your kids to use (in fabric bin under the bedside table. -All our mattresses are enclosed in mattress covers in case of accidents. -There is a baby gate available in the coffee bar area. -Our hot tub has a cover on it but PLEASE make sure your kids do not go into the hot tub without adult supervision. -We have night lights in the plugs around the apartment. -The yard area is fully enclosed to keep them safe. -For older kids there is chess and checkers games in the drawers of the pub table. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PIECES (the sets are not easy to find and not cheap), so please put them all away when finished. -Our town has multiple playgrounds for your kids to enjoy! The details and directions to each playground is in the welcome book once you arrive. We are available to answer any questions you may have through text or email. We try to be prompt and want your stay to be enjoyable. Your privacy and comfort is very important to us so please let us know if we can do something to make your stay more comfortable. In our town you will see our own little piece of heaven. Our Zion like mountains offer some great hikes away from the crowds or if you so please Zion is just a short drive away! We are in a great location to enjoy nature away from the busy city or parks but a central location to take a day trip to see the parks! Our town has many coffee shops, and some great places to eat! My suggestion, for those wondering, is to visit the North Rim of the grand canyon on the way to our Suite. Take a day to experience our amazing local hikes. Then take day trips to the other parks, or points of interests, that you want to see before coming back to relax in your very own jacuzzi. Note: we are in a great location between many of the parks... We are 105 Miles from the North Rim of the Grand canyon. (The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is closed from December 1st-May 1st). The only part of the grand canyon to visit during the winter months is the South Rim. Headed North from the Grand Canyon we are right on the way to Zion. (Zion is 47 miles from our home). Our home is also close to the Choral Pink Sand Dunes (22 miles), Kanaraville Falls (51 miles), Antelope Canyon (122 Miles), Bryce Canyon (117 Miles), Lake Powell (112 miles), etc. In our welcome book we have laid out some local activities including horse back riding, great local hikes, and our beautiful parks! Note for families: we have enough beds to sleep 6 guests but the booking says 4 guests. If you have more than two children just sent me a message and we can allow you to bring extra children.
