Our house is a 2016 two story bungolow located in the heart of Abingdon VA within walking distance to the Barter Theatre, Virginia Creeper Trail and local restaurants. The upstairs bedroom/suite has a queen bed and full pull out sofa and TV with ROKU/Netflix/Hulu and basic cable. A mini frig is in the hallway outside your room. The bathroom is located across the hall with tub/shower with heated floors and fully equipped with towels, soap and hairdryer etc. Feel free to enjoy our front porch. The paved driveway is in the back of the house off of Madison Street and is steep. If you bring your bicycles we have space to store them. We also host long distance bicycle riders through a site called Warmshowers. If we happen to have a biker they will downstairs. There is an active train a block from our house. Living room, kitchen (welcome to use the frig) and the front porch. We are happy to interact with our guests but also respect you’re privacy. We are in an older neighborhood in Abingdon that is going through gentrification. The Barter Theatre is about a 15 minute walk (.06 Mi.) and Wolf Hills Brewery is about a 15 minute walk (.07 Mi.) from our home. There is an active train track 2 block from our house. It is easy to walk downtown, to local restaurants and to the Virginia Creeper Trail. There is a bicycle shop/shuttle a few blocks away. Bedroom is upstairs. Driveway in the back off of Madison Street and is steep.
