The building has concierge service 24 hours, This neighborhood of Providencia, where our building is located, is a residential, safe and easily accessible, you can visit beautiful parks and plazas, areas cafes, Costanera Center,largest mall in Latin America, restaurants, bars and pubs. CLOSE TO COSTANERA CENTER, METRO STATION AND COOLS RESTAURANTES PERFECTLY LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD IN A QUIET STREET. 1.- THE APPARTMENT Great little apartment with lovely views of the mountains and situated in a nice, village-like neighborhood with plenty of dining and bar options. Also very conveniently located 1 block away from the main metro line in town. The two-ambience bed room and living room + kitchen have been decorated in a modern style. Prices are inclusive of household bills. Flat comes equipped with all kitchen equipment, including liquidizer, toaster, microwave and a cofee machine. Bathroom equipped with hairdryer, soap, shampoo. Living room has a music player for I phone or I pod, Sony plasma T.V. You inherit whatever credit is leftover from the previous and it's easy to top up with more credit. Full access to apartment, including coffee + tea + sugar I will normally wait for you in the apartment with the keys, although it could be my associate Roberto, if I am not available. Please prefer me if you want local advice or even have issues with the apartments, although we have receptionists who are there 24/7, I rather prefer to help my guests with advice or problems with the apartment. I do not have a rigid check in and check out system, I try and work around people’s schedules. Please let me know what time your flight arrives, or what time you expect to arrive in the city. And the same information for your departure. 2.- THE BUILDING The building was completed in 2006, with concierge service 24 hours, In the common areas you will find: 1 Washer and Dryer machines. 1 Great lobby at the entrance of the building 1 Meeting room, great if you are coming for business. 1 Swimming pool in the top roof with special areas for barbecues. From there you have a very nice view of Santiago, including San Cristóbal hill. 3.- THE NEIGHBORHOOD This neighborhood of Providencia, where our building is located, is a residential, safe and easily accessible. Also in the surroundings you can visit beautiful parks and plazas, areas cafes, shopping centers, restaurants, bars and pubs. The neighborhood has everything at hand. Old and modern shops, metro station, buses, great little bars and restaurants (Irish, Thai, Catalan, Uruguayan, Belgian, Chilean, French all within few blocks!!). We even had a theater “Nescafe de las Artes” 10 minutes walking, and ice cream parlor from the 1950s. You can walk to top restaurants – “Astrid y Gaston”, “Aquí Esta Coco”, “Baco”, “Le Flaubert” and also to the very popular “Liguria Tapas Bar”, among others. If you are vegetarian, you can find the best restaurant of this kind of food, “El Huerto” just a few blocks away. If you want to exercise you are across the street of a park with bike path and running. Also you will find the Metropolitan Park where you can do trekking and ride bikes as well. In addition, one block from the apartment is the bus stop with direction from and toward the center of Santiago, one block of 2 lines of Metro de Santiago as the Tobalaba station (line 1, heading towards the Santiago and center line 4, heading south sector of the city). Very close to the Metro station Tobalaba, it is the Torre Costanera Center complex containing the tallest tower and the largest mall in Latin America. Near the area is El Golf district, which is characterized as the financial center of Santiago, also known as "Sanhattan". We have the lovely Providencia food market a few blocks away. 4.-HOW TO GET. To get from the airport, I advise you to hire a transfer at the airport, upon arrival. They can share it with other passengers (cheaper) or ask for exclusivity. If you come by Metro get off at the “Los Leones” station, which is 1 blocks from our building. 5.-HOUSE RULES We want to look after my apartment like yours. The Department has access to a private terrace to smoke if applicable Please use Airbnb for all initial correspondence. I advertise the apartment as a non-smoking apartment, but I don't really have a problem smoking on the balcony as long you close the doors. All food stored in the cupboards, and things like tea and coffee can be used freely. No pets. You can contact me anytime. As I work out of town a lot, I might not answer right away but will always get back to you, as soon as I can. You will always have the flat to yourself.
