The secure entrance with an elevator is controlled by a 'key code' issued to each resident. Guests have access using a security controlled key code. Each unit has a storage room along with washer and dryer. Each unit has an independent 'heat pump'. Fire protection system includes smoke detectors and a sprinkler system. There is one car stall per unit. The guests can get through the security door with a key or a private code . The guests can check in or check out by themselves but if they need help we can help anytime. Our property manager stay in the building.
