Mocha's Place-Room #4

This newly constructed home has beautiful views of the countryside with a private balcony, panoramic views, hot water, full kitchen, walk in shower, wifi, and security system. We always invite our guest to have breakfast with us from 7:30 to 9:00 This very large room with a large view window will make you want to grab a drink, sit on the patio and watch the clouds dance through the mountain tops. I always have a beer in the refrigerator, and it is always dollar beer day in El Salvador. Kitchen, laundry, deck with a view, covered parking garage. We have people who work a the residence almost 24-7 and are available to solve any problems you have. We also enjoy greeting guests ourselves and talking about life. We are located 100 meters from the best restaurant in the region- Jardin de Celest. You will enjoy our climate at 1280 meters above sea level that stays just right. There are 38 restaruants in the Apaneca and Concepcion de Ataco area. Mocha's Place is located at kilometer 94.1 and is on the highway where a bus comes at least every 10 minutes. There are six restaurants within walking distance.
