Coast Luxury Townhouses is a newly built condominium development situated on the North Eastern side of Rodney Bay Marina. This is a group of 6 units, all of which have a large plunge pool and communal parking and grounds. Unit #6 is a 2-bed unit on the left hand end of the block. Upstairs, there are two air conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a balcony. Downstairs is a comfortable air conditioned sitting/dining room which leads out onto a patio and plunge pool. Our property is located in the heart of Rodney Bay, a very short walk (1 - 5 min) from most amenities. The most beautiful beach in St Lucia (Reduit Beach) is under 10 mins walk away. Guest have access to their rented unit plus all communal areas and the electronic gates Help is always available during your stay. Please refer to the laminated Welcome Letter in the apartment for information on how to contact our front-desk. At nights the security guard is always available for assistance. We are located in the quiet residential part of Rodney Bay, with very easy access to the bus routes and local amenities. The combination of excellent location, moderate pricing, good clean facilities make this property very good value for money. The A1 bus route which runs from Gros Islet to Castries is 2 minutes walk away. Buses run on average every 2 minutes during the daytime and every 5 - 10 minutes at night. There is a public taxi rank opposite Bay Gardens Hotel, 2 minutes walk away and is opened all day and night, Mon - Sun. TOURS - To make your holiday more interesting we have a list of recommended tours which can all be arranged for you upon request, before arrival or when in St Lucia. Our tour rep can visit you on the morning after arrival to orientate you with local amenities and tours. TAXI TRANSFER - We can arrange airport transfer for you on arrival to help make your journey as stress free as possible (recommended). Our driver, Tony, will know the address of the villa and will be provided with the door key for weekend and late check-ins. If making your own way to the villa we will supply you with directions (as most streets in St Lucia do not have names) and make arrangements for key collection. We need you to complete our online Taxi Transfer form so that we have all your correct travel details. Should you wish to be collected by our driver please indicate this on the form and payment will have to be made before you travel. CAR HIRE - If you are interested in car hire we are linked to a reputable car hire company and you can get a 10% discount if the booking is done through our web-site. Vehicles can either be collected at the airport or delivered to the villa.
