Our 3 bedroom/1.5 bath ranch home 1.3 miles to Beaver Stadium and half a mile to downtown is great for families. Our open floor plan and ample outdoor space allows for families to cook, eat, and relax together. We are also in walking distance to the stadium, or hop on a shuttle bus to the game--the bus stop is 250 feet away. This is a great space for our family and hopefully yours! The main floor of our ranch home has a full bathroom and three bedrooms: a king bed master suite with a half bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and crib, and a bedroom with a twin sized bed and available space for a queen-sized air mattress. A finished downstairs hosts a recently renovated room with a very comfortable full futon, an additional couch that pulls out to a king bed, and social space. We have an elliptical machine, standing bike, or enjoy running trails nearby. Our living room opens up to a dining room with a large farm table, and the kitchen. We have a dish washer, a brand new refrigerator, and other new kitchen appliances. We have a DVD player and TV but we do not have cable or basic channels. The TV does have an HDMI cord if guests want to connect their computer to the TV. We have great outdoor spaces too: a screened in porch with a foosball table, and big backyard with a sandbox and propane grill. We have a one-car garage and driveway that together can fit three small cars. We have central air/gas heat, washer, dryer. Guests can access the entire space. Our home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. We are a few hundred feet from a gameday shuttle to Beaver Stadium. It is easy to walk to the stadium, campus, and downtown too, or use uber! This is a family-friendly neighborhood--we do not allow parties and request renters keep noise to a minimum. We do not have cable or local television channels.
