There are no immediate neighbors, no town lights, no sounds, save the thriving jungle habitat and the many animals seen on property such as toucans, monkeys, sloths, and scarlet macaws. This new construction home, built in 2013 sits directly above the town of Pavones, a 10 minute walk to the Pavones Yoga studio, and a 20 minute walk to the beach. Sleeps 6 comfortably. WiFi 4WD VEHICLE STRONGLY ADVISED. NO PETS PLEASE
