Sea Dreamer villa is located on one of the better beaches on Nevis that overlooks our sister island St. Kitts. It has a great view of the ocean and is located on the second floor of a three story building. There are approximately 14 steps that will take you an unexpected view of the lovely ocean and beautiful beach. 23% is added to the room rate and is collected upon arrival. This is a government tax which is 10% service charge and 13% government levy and tourism tax. Please be prepared to pay this amount upon arrival in addition to your room rate. Note also that this 23% is added to all goods and services provided during your stay from vendors and other service providers .
