This unit has a full bath, heating/AC, kitchenette, a pull down, push up Murphy Bed (Queen), wifi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, outside patio with BBQ Grill and side burner, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, toiletries and it comes equipped with everything you'll need to be comfortable. National Airport 6 miles. Bus stop one block away. This is a No Smoking Unit (Of Any Kind) Local bus route is 301. You will have one secure parking spot on the driveway. When you pull up in the driveway just walk up the ramp and open up the back gate. You'll see the guest house. Just type in the combo and hit the center button (lock) and it will open. When leaving just hit the lock button and it will lock. Please be careful not to lock the lower handle on your way out. There will be a note for guests on the counter top and it will explain everything you need to know. Guest house is located in our back yard. It is well lit at night with and you can come and go as you please through the side gate. Very close to shopping center with all kinds of coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and metro stations.
