Hibiscus House is located in Ratho Mill on an elevated cool headland with great views to the South & West overlooking the Blue Lagoon Bay and Marina, The Southern point of St Vincent and the Northern Grenadine islands of Bequia and Mystique. This very private and secure house which is split into 2 self-contained apartments. The Top floor apartment 3 bedroom (en-suite) / 2 Bathroom apartment - Upstairs Amazon Alexa is available for guests within the property Upstairs apartment is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (with en-suite in the main bedroom) and is accessed by private gates with parking for 3 cars if necessary. Secure entrance within the compound. The property has discrete designed security bars to all doors and windows. The galley type kitchen fully fitted has a microwave, cooker / oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster and is fully equipped with utensils. Communal garden(s) and all private space within the secured compound. My local host will be available and on hand for any assistance / guidance. Very quiet and private residential area with the main road (and public transport) about a 10 / 15 minute walk away. The Trinity International (US) Medical school is directly opposite alongside the English private school and historic Sugar Mill factory. The Blue Lagoon Beach bar and Marina (Inc. Beach) are within 5 mins walk and there are various local supermarkets within the vicinity. Food shopping and supplies can be carried out in the nearby town of Calliaqua which is about 5 - 7 minute’s drive away or at supermarkets at Arnos Vale, a 10-minute drive away. The property is 8 minutes’ drive from the main restaurant and bar area of Villa / Young Island where the main beach on the South Coast of the island is located. We are 5 minute’s walk away from the marina's on island where all the main yacht charter company's are located. Kingstown (St Vincent capital and sea ferry gateway to Bequia and the Grenadines) is a 20 minute drive way while the airport is less than 15 minutes away. Two large supermarkets are located close to the airport. Public transport (mini vans) is within 400 yards to the main road so a hire car or taxi is recommended for personal preference.
