The BEST value is guaranteed at BDRI! Boca del Rio is a three (3) bedroom, three (3) bath Vacation Rental that accommodates eight (8) to ten (10) guests with your own private pool. No need to share with strangers. Our property can comfortable accommodate 10 guest. Base on ten (10) guest sharing the cost of renting the entire property; your nightly rate is $19.50 per person per night. Base on eight (8) sharing; our nightly rate per person is $24.38. Six (6) sharing; $32.50. Our nightly rate for the entire property is $195 per night. We guarantee we offer the best value for your dollar in the area and provide an exceptional product to share with family and friends. Boca del Rio is fully air conditioned. Our rooms are made up of three queen beds and two double sofa beds on two levels. Two bedrooms on the first level each with a queen bed and the double sofa bed. On the 2nd level is the third bedroom, a true master suite; with a queen bed and an ensuite. Also on the second level is where you will find the open concept kitchen/living area with a large seating area. Walk out from the kitchen/living area and step onto the terrace that spans the entire property. There you will find your unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean, its sunsets and all the action is yours to enjoy. Should the ocean not be your thing; no worries, the property is equipped with your own 17 foot long splash pool that looks onto the Pacific Ocean through a glass wall. No need to share a pool with strangers! We are Canadians and Canadians BBQ year round including winter when it can reach -35 degrees outside. There are no winters in Ecuador, so you are provided a BBQ to enhance your enjoyment of the outdoors. Can you picture it; your favorite drink, some shrimp, chicken, steak, vegetables, etc, enjoying a relaxed evening with your family and friends with a great meal prepared on the BBQ. Remember, you can also have a private chef that does it all for you, giving you more time to enjoy and relax with your family and friends. If you are looking to use the services of a private chef we do have to check their availability and advance notice is required. If you are looking to have a specific meal catered or done in house, we need to know if you are looking for all three meals, one meal or two meals. To provide pricing; we also need to know what meal you would like; for example, only breakfast which may be more cost effective than say dinner, so we need to have that information to provide to the caterers. Walk along the beach or the Malecon and explore the neighborhood restaurants. No need for a car if your plan is to stay close to home. Not only can you walk to get all you may need but everything can be delivered to you. From your grocery to your preferred meals, beer, alcohol, etc. We will be able to provide you with the services of a chef/caterer. The Chef will be able to prepare in house or prepare meals off site and deliver to you. A babysitting service will also be available for the evening or day the adults may want to have some adult time without the kids.....we know you love your kiddos; but :) Residing in Ecuador and looking to get away and have some downtime in La Boca; we are 45 minutes drive from Manta, 3.5 hours from Guayaquil and 6.5 from Quito. Of course you can fly from Guayaquil or Quito and arrive in Manta where we can arrange for your pickup to Boca del Rio. We hope in the future, Manta Airport will become an International Airport thus making your time from the airport to us a short drive for our International guests. If you are exploring for a while, you may want to consider a trip to the Galapagos....you are in Ecuador and so close! Let us assist you in exploring Unesco first listed World Heritage Site. We would like all our guest to know we are not a property for parties. We are also a pet free property. If you are celebrating an occasion like an anniversary, birthday, etc, the only people to be onsite are the ones booked and outlined which will be no more than 10 guests. Parties with outside guests are forbidden and if at anytime we are aware of more people on the property than stated or pet(s), you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Guests have full access of the entire property We are two doors down and available when needed San Jacinto is a small fishing village located in Ecuador's Manabi province. The relaxed and tranquil community is far away yet close enough to the larger cities such as Manta, Portoviejo and Bahia. The availability of fresh seafood, vegetables and fruit can be delivered to your door through vendors who sell their products. We are close to public transit that can get you to anywhere in Ecuador We can also arrange for our guests a private driver whether for your entire trip or on days when needed. We have the ability to work with outside suppliers such as caterers or having caterers/cooks prepare meals onsite or prepared and delivered. Please note; advance notice is required. We and our suppliers are not able to provide such service on short notice. We are a PET FREE property
