It will be a great pleasure to have you as our guest! ❤ Our house is a very cozy, well-lit and well-ventilated environment with beautiful view of the city. The house you will be staying in is private and is located on the top of the Serra do Curral, in the Belvedere neighborhood. In the bedrooms you will have single, double, queen and king size beds, as described at the top of the listing. In addition, we have a large outdoor leisure area with swimming pool and barbecue area. Besides a great location (we are in one of the noblest neighborhoods of Belo Horizonte), we have large experience in hosting people. We have hosted people from all around the world and have made many friends. We are located near some of the main points of interest of the city, with many transportation options and variety of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, bars and restaurants (steakhouses, pizzerias, local food, Japanese food, seafood, hamburgers, etc). Public transport to all areas of the city, taxi rank a few meters away and good offer of Uber and other transportation apps. Besides the guest rooms (guest suites), guests can access all facilities in the house, such as living room, kitchen, laundry, swimming pool, barbecue area, garage and heliport. The owner will not be on site, but will be available to clarify any doubts and provide due support at any time. We communicate very well through messages or by phone, providing any necessary information, tips, help and whatever we can. We speak English and Spanish. The Belvedere neighborhood is a upscale neighborhood that grew up around the BH Shopping Mall. It is the highest area of the city, varying from 1,100 to 1,270 meters of elevation and has a climate much milder than the one of BH downtown. As well as the Mangabeiras neighborhood, it has a spectacular view of the city. It is also limited to the "Vale do Sereno" and "Vila da Serra" districts, already in the city of Nova Lima. The neighborhood was built by architect Ney Werneck, and comprises a large area of horizontal occupancy with low buildings. Another highlight of the neighborhood is the area known as Lagoa Seca. Wide streets, gardens, beautiful urbanism, all streets with Portuguese sidewalks, nice views of the city, mountain climate, a important trade center located at Rua Luiz Paulo Franco, lots of banks, galleries, clinics, supermarkets, restaurants, next to two hospitals (Biocor and Vila da Serra), give the neighborhood a complete infrastructure - factors that attract investors. It is the neighborhood with the highest average income in the city. We have several public transportation options, such as buses, several taxi ranks and also a great offer of transport apps (Uber, Cabify, etc). We aim to offer the house for small groups to enjoy the excellent structure of the house and the beautiful view that we have. It is not our intention to offer the house for big parties and events. If you intend to hold parties, this must be communicated prior to the reservation and subject to the owner's agreement. The master suite is not offered by default. It will only be included for reservations for more than 10 guests. If guests wish to include the master suite in a reservation for up to 10 guests, it might be negotiated in advance. There is a fifth suite in the house, which is used by the home owner sporadically. But it is accessed from outside the house, without any contact with guests.
