Formerly a two bedroom apartment converted into a large studio suite. The entire space is accessible, with a kitchenette are, that hosts a large convection oven, refrigerator and modern tap system. Bathroom hosts modern rain shower, with locally made bath products. Our staff is available to assist you with your stay during the hours of 8am to 4pm. Additionally, cleaning will be done upon request, inclusive of the replenishment of linens, bath products, etc The La Joya Complex is nestled at the foot of the Village of St. Joseph. The compound comes alive daily with children on their way to school, and persons traversing throughout the compound to the credit union and other office spaces on the complex. 4 minutes away from: Rituals Cafe (on the compound) KFC Mario’s Pizzeria Subway Grand Bazaar (Food Court) Local customers can access both the Eastern Main Road and Priority Bus Route immediately from the suite, with just a walk downstairs and a few steps out of the building. International customers have the same access, which is a direct line to public transportation, but also if driving, the complex is 5 to 10 minutes away (Traffic dependent) from 3 of our 4 highways (Solomon Hochoy Highway, Churchill Roosevelt Highway, and the Uriah Buzz Butler highway). This makes the area ideal for any guest, as it gives direct access to the East, West and Central/South parts of the island. The airport is a 20 minute drive from the compound should visitors be coming or going.
