The accommodations offer 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third with bunk beds plus a single pull-out bed. Two full bathrooms with hot showers. Living room and dining room very well furnished and decorated that open to a balcony with barbecue. The kitchen is complete and super well equipped with all utensils and appliances for you to prepare and serve your meals at home. Service area with washing machine and water filter. Internet Wifi 100 mega, for the exclusive use of those who rent the apartment. The condominium offers a swimming pool area and sports courts (tennis/volleyball, soccer and basketball) for the leisure of your family and friends, as well as a swimming pool. Parking space for 1 car inside the condominium. There are often parking spaces on the streets around the condominium if your group has more than 1 car. IMPORTANT: The condominium charges R$30 for the use of the barbecue + R$30 for cleaning, if the guest chooses not to do the same. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory registration form completion outside of Airbnb for all guests after booking is closed; (2) parties and social events are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10 pm to 8 am; (4) it is forbidden to smoke and/or use illegal drugs inside the accommodations and common areas of the condominium; (5) we do not host pets.
