Exactly 100 steps will take you to the ocean from your front door! Many recent improvements to help you enjoy your little piece of heaven! - new AC - TV for each bedroom - each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower - beach chairs - newly renovated kitchen has everything you need; food delivery and resturants within walking - desk and office chair in each room *There is construction on property M-F 8AM - 4PM If you want to buy fish at the market or bake a pizza from the supermarket which is close by, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and everything you need to make a beautiful meal. Two newly renovated bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen gives you all the comforts of home! Each room has a walk-in shower You will have the entire ground suite to yourself. The driveway brings you right to the house whether you have a car or not. I am available by messaging through Airbnb or (Hidden by Airbnb) . My local host, Stanford Simon, is available to help you in any way necessary during your stay. Lance Aux Epine is very quiet. It is not a typical local area. You will see many non-local people on the road or on the beach. Dogs are on leashes or properly controlled, we do not have chickens running around or roosters crowing starting at 4:00 am. At the same time, there are many local people to interact with. Grenadian people are so are friendly! Be sure to greet everyone you meet. Taxi service and car rentals are always available. It's about 1.7 kilometers to the local bus stop. We usually start walking and are able to get a ride from someone going up the road. If not, it's about a 20 minute walk. To get back to the suite, any local bus will be happy drive you home for a few extra dollars if you ask. You may want to be picked up from the Airport by Perry, my recommended taxi driver. The charge for Airport pick up only is $20.00 USD. If you would like Perry to bring you to a grocery store after picking you up from the airport, the Airport pick up and Grocery service is available for an additional charge.
