A one bedroom apartment with private ensuite bathroom (outside and undercover seating area) nestled in a quiet corner of Indian Bay on the south coast of mainland St. Vincent. Stunning views of young island and fort Duvanette with Bequia in the background. This property comes with a small private beach/sea entry and a jetty to jump into crystal clear and calm waters. Located within walking distance of good restaurants. A reputable dive company can even collect you from the private jetty. The air conditioned bedroom has a queen size bed, and desk. The bathroom has a shower. There is free WiFi, a CD player and a TV. The kitchenette has a fridge freezer, 2 hob cooker (electric), kettle and a toaster. Pots pans, crockery and cutlery provided. Elsewhere on the property is a BBQ, wood fired pizza oven a gazebo and even a chill out cave! Please NOTE: there is a strict no party policy. Facilities are for guests only. You may use the pool table, beach area, sun loungers and yellow sunset cave. We also have the large BBQ and Skyzebo which you can use with advanced notice as utensils, cushions and lighting need to be provided. The seating area outside the room is for you to enjoy the view from. There is spectacular snorkelling right next to the property, please watch your footing for rocks and sea urchins. Please NOTE: there is a NO party policy on the property. Facilities are for guest use only and not for venue hire. MJ & Jake's home is Amnesia so they live on site. They can provide extensive local knowledge of food, bars, sites and excursions. We do offer Charters on our very own speed boat Bonsai, fully insured, fully catered and stunning places to visit. Please contact us for more information. Indian Bay is a quiet family neighbourhood. We are situated 10/15 minutes from the airport and within 10 minutes walk of a multitude of bars and restaurants. We pride ourselves on our incredible views and idylic setting. Totally private and not overlooked. A preferential rate has already been negotiated with a hire car company. Public transport (dollar vans) can be hailed from the main road a 5 minutes walk away. Also a reliable taxi service can also collect and return you to the property. The property also boasts two paddle boards should you wish to go to the bars or beaches via the water. (at users own risk) Further bedroom is available upon request.. Rental of scuba equipment, kayaks and snorkelling equipment is available upon request.
