The balconies all have provision for 2 hammocks outside each bedroom, so you can enjoy the view and the breeze with a book and a drink anytime. First floor well equipped, modern, custom mahogany kitchen with granite counter tops; plus a convenient full function kitchenette on second floor - complete with granite counter tops, fridge, stove, dishwasher; etc. The second-floor kitchenette is very convenient - great for morning coffee, snacks, drinks, evening treats.. all very handy. The elevation and constant Atlantic breeze make the villa naturally comfortable. Windows are meshed to keep out any random insects and bugs. The villa is secure and with housekeeping service every day at no extra charge. All other conveniences including AC, Cable TV, wireless internet, phone, washer, etc. Plus a complete roof deck to enjoy the night sky ! The entire roof of the villa is a roof deck with spectacular, panoramic views during the day, and a wonder at night, just to go up enjoy the Southern night sky.
