Only a few minutes to the US Naval Academy, the Annapolis Harbor, restaurants, shopping & more. DC is only 35 minutes away and you can be at the ocean in less than 2 hours. Fabulous day trips and sightseeing in any direction you point yourself. Cottage is pet-friendly for one well-mannered, house broken pet. An additional fee of $250 per stay. Prior notice is required. Ask host for more details. A beautiful garden island divides the driveway. Please park on the right side of the garden island. This private parking for guests and will hold up to 4 cars. The steps to the apartment are on the right side of the building. Your private entrance is off your private 40 ft. covered patio overlooking the river and is available for your exclusive use. The apartment is framed by beautiful gardens and waterviews plus fantastic sunrises and sets. Enjoy al fresco dining under your lighted patio with outstanding water and nature vistas. In addition to the water fowl there are deer, foxes and other cute animals to watch. I hope to be there to meet you but if that is not possible the key will be in a lock box on the patio. The combination will be provided. The fabulous sunrises and sunsets are yours to enjoy as well as the kayaking, crabbing and fishing from the private pier when weather and season of the year permits. The hammock and fire pit are also available seasonally. Small additional fee for use of the kayaks. This is a great place to stay not only for visiting Annapolis but also the nation's capitol. Washington, DC is nearby and a metro station is only a 20 minute ride away. Baltimore's very exciting inner harbor is 30 minutes and you can reach the Atlantic Ocean in less than 2 hours. Only a couple of minutes away are large grocery stores: The Giant, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. The huge Annapolis Mall is close by with a large movie theater and a many shops. The highlight of shopping and eating is the Annapolis Harbor only 8 minutes away. Everyone enjoys the food, views and great prices at Mike's seafood restaurant only two minutes from the apartment and also on the South River.
