"Spacious Private Room" in Morganton Cottage

My home is about a mile from downtown Morganton, situated in a cute, quiet residential neighborhood. It's close to restaurants, 2 disc golf courses, Catawba River access, downtown amenities, breweries, gas stations, Interstate 40 highway access, and about 60 minutes up the mountain to Table Rock and Linville Gorge, and 20 minutes to Lake James! And, famous whitewater kayaking Wilson Creek is around the corner. And within 60 min to Blowing Rock, Boone, Asheville & Charlotte just over an hour. The house is cute and neat, nice neighbors, and close to downtown. COVID-19 Adjustments: The house has the highest rated Filtrete HVAC filter installed and the bedroom has a personal HEPA filter (LEVOIT Air Purifier), to use at night while sleeping. You are welcome to use the meditation cushion and the electric neck/back massager. They are both in the bedroom on the shelf. This is a private room and the home is shared with the host and partner and/or another guest. You'll have access to your bedroom, the bathroom, kitchen, living room and outside patio. All of the spaces, except your bedroom, are shared living spaces. This is a functioning home and friends may drop in from time to time, etc. There is an outdoor grill and firepit! I can interact as much or as little as you wish, whatever you would like. Your privacy will be respected. Sometimes I’ll need space if I’m working. You can walk from my house to downtown; it's about a 1 mile walk. There are sidewalks almost the entire way, though you do have to cross a major intersection. This is the new public transportation being offered in Morganton, NC: (Website hidden by Airbnb) This is my home, so on occasion friends or family may be visiting. Sometimes my partner is here too.
