This is a daylight basement apartment with a fantastic view over the mountains. Orchard Drive is a quiet residential area. The property has a walking trail through a field that leads to a private pond. We are minutes from Wilson Lake in Wilton and Kineowatha Park; a recreational center that offers swimming, walking trails, and tennis courts. We are close to restaurants and shopping in Wilton and Farmington and the UMF Campus, Titcomb Ski slope is just minutes over the hill from us. If you like the country you will like staying at 875 Orchard Drive. Easy access from Rts 2 & 4. Many sights to visit within a 50 mile radius. Mountains to climb, boating, swimming, golf and nearby tennis courts at Kineowatha Park in Wilton. This space is separate from the rest of the house. A private driveway and entrance into the apartment give you your own personal space. There is also a carport by your entrance to get you out of the weather. We are a retired active couple and love to entertain visitors and introduce them to the area highlights. We are located in a quiet residential area. We have no public transportation in this area. Very rural and easy to find your way around. We offer k-cups, creamer, and a variety of breakfast items; also snacks and fruit for the late arrivals.
